our story
Our founder, Sarita Zanazzi established The Writing Collective after years of observing highly competent people missing out on life-changing career and business opportunities because their writing failed to showcase their skills and value. It became obvious there was a need for a service that could help people just like you to land their dream job or win contracts to ensure the success of their business.
Persuasive Writing Techniques
Sarita has formal qualifications as a criminologist and worked for the Department of Justice for over 10 years, submitting written advice to the Prisoner's Review Board (Parole Board). It was her job to influence a high-level government body in their decisions to either release people into the community or keep them in prison. Sarita’s words were powerful and open to intense scrutiny by the public, the government and the media. She brings those persuasive writing skills to creating your job application, policy document or tender submission. The Writing Collective knows how to appeal to your reader and leave them wanting to know more about you!
Industry Experience
As part of working for the public sector, Sarita took part in selection processes. This means Writing Collective knows how your selection criteria will be assessed and scored during recruitment processes. Particularly for government job applications which are scored using the public sector selection guide to short list for job interviews. This insider knowledge is applied to writing your job applications because we know how your employer will score it.
The Writing Collective is the standout service and we make you the standout candidate!
All you need to do, is tell your story and The Writing Collective will do all the work for you.
